New Sony Patent May Mean Return of Backwards Compatibility

Sony has just filed a new patent which will grant the PS3's cell processor the ability to emulate the PS2's emotion engine. There could be several reasons for this, but the one most likely would have to do with bringing PS2 backward compatibility back to the PS3.

Hulu Blocking PS3 Browser

If you were in the USA, and you were watching Hulu on your PS3 via the browser, well, now you're not. zoomtechtv wrote a tip to me over the PSN last night, explaining that the site updated and now actively blocks the PS3 from co-operating. Why? We do not know. If anyone uses PlayOn, please let us know if you can still watch Hulu via that.
