The v2.00 patch for Unreal Tournament is live. This is a 93MB patch, which includes trophies!
Update: CVG let us know that they contacted Epic for a clarification of exactly what the patch changes.
Here is the official list of fixes in this update:
Split-screen support
Integrated mod browser
PS3 Trophies
Major visual and menu flow overhaul for improved usability
Significant AI improvements, especially in vehicle gametypes
Improved networking performance
Improved mod support
This is a pretty major update to the game. The Titan Pack DLC, which includes new maps and the namesake Titan mutator, is still on course for the delayed March 19th release date.
